Most of our schedule is floors, paint, and kitchens. The crews that do them are ours, not subcontracted out.

Floors, paint, and kitchens are the bulk of our work. These are the rest of the trades we keep in house.
Hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and laminate. We prep and level the subfloor first, so the finish sits flat and the transitions stay tight.
02Interior and exterior. Surfaces get patched, sanded, and primed before a brush touches them. Clean lines, even coverage, no shortcuts.
03Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and floors. One crew sequences the trades so the job keeps moving.
04Waterproofing done to code, then tile, showers, vanities, and fixtures set straight and sealed properly.
05Hanging, patching, and texture matching. Repairs blend into the existing wall instead of announcing themselves.
06Leak tracing, targeted repairs, and the smaller fixes most contractors will not take on.
